Bob and Elizabeth’s Skaneateles Wedding

Bob and Elizabeth shared an intimate wedding on the gorgeous Skaneateles Lake on Sunday, May 28, 2023. They were surrounded by only a few family and friends. The couple shared a first touch before the ceremony inside of the Sherwood Inn. After they wed in a beautiful gazebo overlooking the water right in the heart of Skaneateles.

The sun was shining, there was a gentle breeze, and the flutter of the harp hummed as Elizabeth walked from the Sherwood over to the gazebo. Bob held back tears and everyone watched the couple’s love speak without words. The bride and groom passed around their wedding rings for everyone to hold and say a short prayer to themselves. This was a way for everyone to bestow their own blessing on the rings.

After the ceremony the groom’s son toasted the happy couple’s new beginning with champagne and a small wedding cake. It was a beautiful day and I was honored to be a part of it.
